Conversions and Reprocessing
Alldyne first developed our recycling facilities in the late seventies, when Bernie Kieffer industrialized the zinc reclaim process.  Even then, Alldyne saw the importance of recycling scrap carbide and its potential impact on our customers and the environment.  Since then, our recycling processes have advanced to where we can reclaim any form of Tungsten, Tungsten Heavy Alloy, Tungsten Polymers in addition to Tungsten Carbide.

Instead of selling scrap to a recycling company at a loss, Alldyne customers increase the value of their scrap, while stabilizing their often volatile raw material costs. We engineer a grade powder from reclaimed material that is ready to press and make into a sintered part. Our customers never lose ownership of their material, and only pay for the extra material and reprocessing needed to deliver perfect grade powder.

Enter Alldyne's Scrap Reclaim Program to obtain the same benefits enjoyed by vertically integrated carbide giants.

Custom Grades
Alldyne has over 80 years of combined experience in WC graded materials. We pride ourselves in providing the most comprehensive customer support in the industry. Our goal goes beyond providing advanced powders to our customers. We provide support throughout the manufacture and application of our powder.

We lend our experience to grade powder selection, engineering/pressing programs, full sintering capability evaluation, metallurgical evaluation, chemical analysis, grade application, failure analysis and CVD/PVD coating. We are truly committed to our customer's success, and will send our engineers on-site to help optimize our customers' products and production lines to reduce scrap and tool breakage.

Our experienced technicians and engineers are available to discuss the powder selection, blend requirements, and any details needed to help our customers manufacture excellent products.

The facilities operate under a stringent quality management system certified to ISO standards. Additionally, our operation has continuous improvement and cost reduction programs designed to provide customers with high quality products at competitive prices.
